How do I import friends from other accounts?
To upload your mobile phone contacts to Facebook:
  1. From the Facebook for iPhone or Android app, tap .
  2. Tap Friends.
  3. Tap Contacts, then tap Get Started.
Once you've turned on mobile contact uploading, your contacts will automatically be uploaded to Facebook when you open your app.
Learn how to turn off contact uploading or delete contacts you've uploaded.
Upload Your Email Contacts
To upload your contacts from your email account:
  1. Go to the Find Friends screen.
  2. Below Add Personal Contacts, choose the type of account you'd like to upload contacts from.
  3. Enter your email and email account password.
  4. Click Find Friends.
